Our Story So Far
Sheelin Shine was built on a shared passion: Brian brought years of experience
in chemistry and biochemistry, while Dean brought a hands-on love for
all things automotive. Frustrated by the poor quality and high prices of
car care products in Ireland, Dean mentioned the idea of doing
something better to Brian—and that was the start of everything.
Over the next few years, Brian continued leading major projects in
biopharmaceutical labs across Dublin, while quietly studying industrial chemistry and chemical formulation in his spare time. Before long, the two began developing prototypes together. After a bit of fine-tuning, they handed out samples to a few trusted contacts—and the feedback was
overwhelmingly positive.
What began as a side project between friends soon became something more.
Realising they had a genuinely special product on their hands, they brought Darren on board to help bring it to market. With deep roots in the local car and agri scenes, and years of experience in sales and
marketing, Darren was the perfect fit to complete the team.
Together, the three manage every stage of the process—from formulation and
testing to manufacturing and sales—under one roof. The result? Premium-quality car, truck, and machinery care products that deliver the kind of performance and finish enthusiasts expect.
